A Few Things We Will Do
- We Will ensure that time is of the essence and provide speedy service.
- We Will be as thorough as possible in our inspection. What we cannot see we cannot inspect.
- We Will take the time to answer all of your questions. After the inspection is complete our service does not stop. Contact us if you have questions or if you need a follow up inspection.
- We Will provide a detailed written property report within 24 hours of the inspection complete with digital color photographs.
A Few Things We Will Not Do
- We Will Not reveal the contents of your inspection without your consent.
- We Will Not benefit from any real estate transaction on a property we inspected.
- We Will Not do repairs on any property we inspect, nor do we provide referrals
